I’ll be showing you how to restore or recover deleted apps on your Android phone. This way you’re going to be able to see the history of apps you’ve uninstalled as a list and be able to reinstall them.
This can be helpful if you delete an app because you thought you didn’t need it but well… I don’t have to say the rest.
Please note that for this to work, you must have downloaded the app from the Google Play Store.
Apps downloaded outside the Play Store will not be shown in the list.
Alright let’s begin.
How to Restore Deleted or Uninstalled Android Apps
Step 1: Open the Play Store app, by tapping the app icon. See image below.

Step 2: Tap the Menu Icon you see on the top left. This will show you a bunch of options.

Step 3: Tap My Apps and Games. This is where a list of all the apps you’ve installed on your phone is kept.

Step 4: Now tap Library.

Step 5: The Library tab shows you all the apps that you have installed on your phone, as well as those you’ve uninstalled.
Just scroll through the list until you find the app you’re interested in restoring.
Here’s a list of all the apps I recently uninstalled.

Step 6: When you find the app you want to restore, tap the Install button. If you don’t want it in your list of apps anymore, just tap the X icon on the right.

This will permanently remove the app from your list.
Conclusion
I’ve had those days when I thought I didn’t need certain apps anymore, so I delete them with the thought that I’d never need them again.
Sometimes that’s the case, but sometimes, there’s always something I need from the app, even if it’s just another “use it and get rid of it” again.
Anyways I don’t know why you may want to restore your app, but well, I just showed you how.
